I had taken part in an algorithmic interview that was arranged a week before, so I don't have much time to prepare. The interview was performed in Russian, and there wasn't any issue with how it went.

The schedule and communication were good. I had four coding interviews, with Easy/Medium LeetCode questions. I also had a design interview, where I designed a queue system. However, feedback took a long time, about 3-4 weeks.

Usually 3 or 4 steps. The first is a technical interview with basic IT questions. Some of them are really useless, pulling from university or high school, topics long forgotten. The next two are technical interviews with very hard algorithmic tasks
