A very diverse company in practice. It hires people from all over the globe; with whatever religion, sexual orientation, etc., you will be welcomed and comfortable.
Great work-life balance. They don't expect the impossible from you, but at the same time, they don't want you to stay where you are. You are expected to keep growing, which is actually good for you.
It's a company with great opportunities, and it has been growing steadily over the years, unlike many others.
