It's a nice place to work if you're looking for something chill where you have time to look after family, pursue other hobbies, etc.
Decent benefits.
Pays more than a lot of tech roles in London.
There's no major pressure to put in hard work.
Option to work 4 days a week for 80% of salary.
Work is boring. The mobile app and website are outdated. There are no interesting projects, and no one in the UK really uses Yelp.
Also, a lot of people are unhappy about recent cuts to compensation.
