I got the invite to interview via LinkedIn.
First, I had a phone call about my experience and development goals.
After that, I got an invite to an onsite interview. There, I had 3 stages, each 1 hour.
First was a technical interview, with typical iOS questions and some about concurrency. I responded to questions about Swift, but I failed on questions about Objective-C and concurrency.
Second stage was pair programming, where I had to implement a simple algorithmic task. The interviewer had mixed feelings about my solution.
Last stage was about motivation, goals, and development.
I got invited for a last phase, which was a phone call with one of the company founders. There, I got more questions about organizing my time, motivation, etc.
After that call, I was rejected.
Every phase, the response from the company was late.
