Process
Nice and smooth, more on the behavioral side. The talent team member was polite and nice to talk to. I was offered to move to the next stage at the end of the call. Overall, a nice experience.

Pros: From first contact to interviews, to getting the offer, to sitting down for my first day on the job, they have been nothing but friendly, open, and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better onboarding.
Nobody is afraid to point out flaws, and they actively work toward improving the products.
Cons: It's difficult to come up with a legitimate con as I've never worked in the industry before.
