Senior Operations Engineer Interview Experience - India
Process
Applied through LinkedIn, and a recruiter called me for an initial screening. Later, she sent me a link to take a challenging test, which contained 3 questions on Chef, 3 questions on tuning a server, 3 programming questions in Python, and 3 Nginx server questions. The exam was quite challenging.
Later, after 3 days, they asked me to attend an interview with the head of the team. It lasted for about 45 minutes and was not technical, but focused on past experiences and about Zendesk.
Later, I was asked to attend a technical interview which lasted for 45 minutes. The next day, I got an email saying they are moving forward with other candidates.
Overall, I loved talking to each and every person whom I met at Zendesk. They answered all the questions and used to give feedback ASAP.
