Pros: 1. There are some really talented people to work with.
2. There are many opportunities to learn and grow.
3. Flexible work arrangements can be remote and WFH.
4. In general, a very good company culture, and it cares about its employees.
Cons: 1. There are certain teams you should definitely avoid in Zendesk where the team culture is toxic and managers are incompetent and bullying.
2. It scales too fast, and many of the cultures it once established are disappearing.
3. It starts to feel like working in a big corp with the rapid scaling.
