Cons: 1. Work-Life Balance. At higher levels, many weekends were spent on interview drives, feature issues, scaling issues, etc. Even sometimes on festival days. 2. They are not doing good appraisals even with good funding. In terms of compensation, it's almost the same for an employee who is not performing well and one who is giving 100%. 3. Office is not good. Even sometimes, it's difficult to find a meeting room or a chair. 4. They have removed perks like Zepto coupons, reduced the insurance limit, and internet reimbursement, etc.
