There are 4 rounds of interview:
In the first round, I was asked to make the To-Do List in vanilla JS. After that, I had to make some header, footer, and body, which was a CSS task. I was able to do these tasks.
The interviewer asked about React JS questions, event bubbling, capturing, SSR, and CSR. I gave the answer to all the questions. In CSR, I struggled to give an exact use case. Also, I was asked what features are coming in newer versions of React. I couldn't answer that. How to resolve CORS? I couldn't answer that as well.
So, 2-3 questions I struggled to answer 100%. Based on this experience, they rejected me after the first round, which I think is very unusual. I was able to make the To-Do List and CSS task, but still, they rejected me.
I tried calling HR about the interview, stating that it went well, and I didn't expect the rejection email. They told me they would check, but since then, they have been ghosting. So, till now, this is the worst interview experience I have had in my life.
