Pros: Learning curve Work opportunity Funded startup Scale

Cons: Growth is restricted. Favouritism for promotion. Internal hikes are minimal; bring another offer to get a hike.

Pros: It's been 2 years for me at Zepto, and it still feels like day one in terms of learning. The kind of learning I experienced on day one continues today. I've had the opportunity to work on multiple new charters and have had the freedom to execute and deliver projects. There is no micromanagement, which is the best part of working at Zepto. Leadership shows trust in you. Work flexibility is another great aspect. Latest tech stack and freedom to explore and use new tech.

Cons: Timelines are sometimes really tight, which is expected from any high-growth organization. Employee benefits need significant improvement.

Pros: Zepto is a hub of innovation where a dynamic, fast-paced environment keeps you challenged and engaged. The leadership is supportive, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth. Competitive benefits, especially in Tech & Product, and a strong focus on employee value proposition create a vibrant workplace culture.

Cons: The pace can be demanding, requiring strong time management, and rapid growth can sometimes lead to process challenges, though the team adapts quickly. Overall, Zepto offers exciting opportunities with cutting-edge technology and a supportive atmosphere.
