So much is happening around, and the team is all geared to become the No. 1 company in Q-Commerce grocery delivery.

Looking at the core team, I am confident that this team will pull it off hands down. Zepto is going to be a household name very soon.

• Happy with salary, though ESOPs could be better (as I am hoping to make big out of the ESOP here).
• More work, and of course, this is much expected for a company at this stage like Zepto.
• A startup is a happening place, but many companies are toxic. Zepto is not toxic.
• A few great minds are around, and I am happy to work with them.
• Leadership is young and vibrant, with new ideas and a good thought process.
