THINK TWICE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE TIME ON THIS INTERVIEW PROCESS.

I applied online on February 11th.

I received the next email to schedule a 20-minute phone call on February 22nd. I clicked on a Calendly URL to schedule. I could not see any available slots from February 22nd to March 8th, so I had to book March 9th.

After that, on February 24th, I reconsidered how unbelievably long it was to get a 20-minute first phone call. I canceled and withdrew my application.

After receiving my cancellation, the recruiter emailed me and said, "We move quickly at Zillow!"

Keep working like this, and you will miss a lot of great engineers.
