A recruiter reached out via email.
We had an initial conversation to discuss my interests so they could match me with an internal organization.
After that, a technical screen was scheduled within a week. The interviewer was very nice, providing positive feedback and encouragement as I solved problems. Sometimes, interviewers remain silent and seem to be judging, but hearing positive feedback removes hesitation and nervousness.
Feedback was provided within two business days. An on-site interview was scheduled a week later. Results were shared in three days, with an offer extended a couple of days after that.
