Process
The process consisted of four rounds of interviews and took over six weeks.
It included:
- An initial screening.
- A high-level informational interview with the hiring manager.
- An individual technical interview.
- Finally, a collection of five 1-hour interviews, primarily 1:1 technical tests with members of the team.
Questions
Primarily technical tests along the lines of: "Here are some requirements, build this thing in 45 minutes."

* Yoga onsite.
Cons: Commute from the South/East Bay is time-consuming. While Zillow does reimburse the cost, it would be great if they started shuttle services, like other companies in the Bay.

Cons: Leadership has become increasingly divorced from the concerns of its employees.
Long-term planning has fallen by the wayside with the shutdown of Zillow Offers.
