Round 1: Online code test, quite simple (trees, number manipulation).
Round 2: Phone interview - Asked background questions about interests, as well as questions about resume items.
Round 3: On-site interview - Interviewed with 3 people; two had technical backgrounds (and asked technical design questions), and one asked questions regarding culture fit.
Overall, very pleasant. They gave me a full tour of the site. The technical interview questions were surprisingly open-ended (it seemed that the interviewer would make questions as follow-ups, instead of reading off of some predetermined set of questions).
Didn't get the position, but would happily apply again.
