Process
I had a coding interview, with two rounds of phone interviews and finally four rounds at the onsite location. The interviews went well, except for one onsite round where the interviewer seemed to be working on his own tasks while I was coding on the blackboard and appeared uninterested. Other than that, everyone was interactive, and overall, the experience was fun.

- Great work/life balance (interns didn't have tons of pressure put on them)
- Office has a music room and a game room
- Just a generally happy place to work
Cons: They house undergrad interns in apartments with shared bedrooms, so prepare to sleep in a twin and share a room.

Commitment at all levels to improving processes and trying new things.
Executives do a good job of communicating the big picture to employees.
Management makes an effort to help you achieve career goals.
Cons: Obstructive policies and processes are few but growing.
As headcount grows, relationships across teams become harder to maintain, and collaboration becomes harder.
