Process
Very positive experience.
I was contacted by HR right after I submitted my resume. I finished online testing, then followed up with two phone screens. The first one went well, but I panicked during the second one, so I didn't get a chance for an on-site interview.
Unlike companies that never contact you again, I think Zillow at least respects candidates. I received a rejection email two days after my second phone interview. I appreciate how fast they got back to me, even though I didn't get the chance to move forward.
Questions
All just whiteboard coding questions, like:
- Fibonacci implementation
- Find the first unique character in a string
- Find the least greatest value with a given target in a BST
