I was contacted through a hiring site.

Then, I had a technical screen with an engineer. It was a pretty difficult problem, but I really enjoyed that it was more of a collaborative interview. I received feedback in a few days that I did well and that I would move on to the final interview.
The onsite was difficult but fair. It included:
I gained a good understanding of the position, and everyone got a good idea of my strengths.
I had a follow-up a few days later with the recruiter. I was told that they thought I would be a better fit on another team. I had two additional interviews with the other team. It was a great fit, and I had an offer extended.
Overall, everyone was extremely communicative and seemed to be genuinely interested in finding the best fit for me and the company. I can't recommend this process enough.
