Their stock also crashed below the grant price. - Manager's expectations from developers are unrealistic. - A lot of attrition after recent layoffs, and management is doing nothing to prevent it. - The upper management shows in meetings that everything is going perfectly and everyone is so happy, whereas the reality is different; employees are not happy.
