A online test for basic skills, followed by a phone interview, then an in-person interview in Seattle. The in-person interview lasted 3 hours and was split into 3 one-hour sessions with different interviewers. Each session consisted of about 15 minutes of general questions and 45 mins of whiteboarding.

Cons: Constant org changes provide an opportunity for you to work for the wrong manager/director. In my case, it ultimately ended my career.
