Pros: Decent pay. Product which is used by everyone. Smooth onboarding process.

Cons: Pay is different for the same titles. Untrained people from good colleges get more than trained and experienced engineers. So the people you guide get more than you. Worst engineering culture. The code looks like some interns wrote it, though it's written by seniors. People can get into writing code without proper training. Crazy product people. They make engineers ship everything that gets to their head in a day. With bad code comes worst responsibilities, like you don't know when things will break, always in worry, and always available. On top of everything, you spend hours in a week listening to their culture motivation.

Pros: Some of the best people you can find in tech, and a really great tech stack. Lots of learnings and real problems to work on.

Cons: Incompetent management and office politics, likely due to the rapid expansion of Zomato, are starting to make it feel a lot like an established corporate company rather than a startup.

Pros: Good Place to learn and work.

Cons: Nothing as such, everything is good.
