I applied via University and it was a 4-round process:
Prepare with the basics of everything and advanced knowledge of the programming language you are proficient in.
HackerRank Test: Out of the 3 questions, I solved 2 completely with all test cases passed. For the third question, a few test cases passed. The MCQs were easy if your basics were clear. All three questions would be LeetCode Hard. 5 students were selected for the interview round out of 155 applicants. All interview rounds were held on the same day at my university.
Technical Round 1: This round included basic questions on Operating Systems, Networks, and Data Structures. There was also 30 minutes allocated for coding a Zomato-like system. You should demonstrate knowledge of everything you can think of and be able to write at least pseudo-code that is as close to the actual language as possible to make an impression.
Technical Round 2: This round consisted of technical questions based on your CV, asked by the senior-most member of the team. Be thorough with your previous experiences, whether they were internships, projects, or Teaching Assistant roles.
HR Round: This round involved general questions about your life. Be friendly and respectful, and you will be fine. An offer was given in this round.
Out of the 5 shortlisted for interviews, 1 person received an offer.
