Great people. Had amazing teams. Lots to work on. Managers are good too, but they are under tremendous pressure from Top Management.
Too many extra hours.
Sometimes extra hours of work on weekdays and working weekends for months at a time.
Understand that the job is also a business. If people work extreme amounts of extra hours, then that should either be compensated or it should be optional.
The process was easy flowing and clear. The team was cooperative and responsive. The interviewer was friendly and the process was coordinated successfully. Overall, it was a good experience.
