Boring but simple

Pros: Pay was great. Immediate leadership was super supportive. I felt like my team always had my back. They hired great people that were a lot of fun to work with.
Cons: Boring office, boring product. Sales would often make promises to clients that we couldn't live up to.
Return to office was brutal, as downtown Vancouver is miserable, especially after being remote for years.
It was very much a sales org. Not being in sales meant I practically didn't exist.
