Lots of people to pull knowledge from. Good place to learn things. Good direction from the top down. Clear goals to work towards.
It's hard to find knowledge since history is long and lots of people have set things up and redone those things over time.
Sometimes it's tough to work through getting answers with so many different global offices working on things.
