Great people and excellent technology working in a multi-cloud environment. The salary is excellent, with yearly bonuses and a pay rise, and from time to time small rewards. Great offices and working in hybrid mode.
Working globally, no work-life balance. Fast delivery, always working under pressure. There is no compensation for on-call. High turnover of employees. No HR, no one cares about you as an employee.
