Pros
  • Remote setting
  • Lots of work to do
Cons
  • Huge amount of things to fix because of the way things get done. For example, the prototyping model is so bad, you'll find product managers, managers, and senior managers micromanaging your work with absolutely no technical expertise. If you like having that, this is the place for you.
  • Manager biased remote policy.
  • Same offer for everyone.
  • No vision, yet they land hundreds of dollars in deals.
  • My hiring manager lacked technical expertise, ethics, and a moral compass, exhibiting pure toxic traits and behaviors.
  • Management lacks technical expertise.
  • Setup-to-fail, not only with you but with those who came and resigned.
  • Same 3-year plan, then set to failure, antagonizing managers to make you quit/resign.
Advice to Management

Remove your remote policies & Remove your toxic people. Those who worked long have set up multiple engineers to fail with your bad remote/evaluation policies. This company will never be a real corporation because of the people who leech on your assets.
