I had an excellent experience working with the DevOps technical recruitment team (Justin). They are honest, informative, and prioritize the candidate's concerns from a candidate's point of view.

The leadership from IDO is also great. The VP of IDO spared time (twice) at my request to address the questions I had before I even accepted the offer.

The technical team was also very open and transparent in sharing the current state and the pain areas. I loved the interaction with the whole team, the interview process, and the value and commitment of the teams with new team members and candidates interviewing for new positions.

I would recommend this company.

I did not face any issues, except some delays because of new team structuring.
