I have a very positive experience with the Zoominfo interview process. The interviewers were super friendly and inspiring. The interview questions were not very difficult, but they focused on problem-solving and past experience.

The hiring team was also very effective. I want to call out the outstanding recruiter, Sahib Kapoor. He guided me through the entire interview process, provided interview tips, and gave feedback for each step. He followed up quickly after each interview step and came up with an offer within a week after the final interview. He is located in the same office as me and gave me lots of help with onboarding, parking, and RTO information.

Zoominfo has a great business model and is profitable, unlike many other companies. This is a bonus, especially in the current high-interest financial environment. The onboarding process is smooth, people like to help each other, and the tech stack is mostly up to date. I love working here.
