Supportive coworkers but poor management and direction
The other employees were great, and the products were challenging.
The company split into two, and Henry wasn't the CEO of the party I was in. Upper-level and mid-level management weren't supportive and were stuck with older technologies and methods. My direct manager threw me under the bus with no warning whatsoever. The company started creating a new platform and then did an about-face and started to sunset it.
Be more open and supportive to your workers.
