They contacted me for a phone screening, then sent me a coding challenge to complete. There were two algorithm problems, and I'd say they were of average difficulty. I didn’t pass the coding challenge, though, so that's where this story ends.

Bad experience. They wanted someone with more experience, and still invited me, therefore wasting my time. Felt like they didn't even look at my CV before they invited me and didn't respect my time.
