The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn for this position. A couple of weeks later, they set up a call to understand my background. A week later, they called to check my availability for a telephonic interview with the director of vehicle development. A few minutes after the call with the director, the recruiter called me and asked me about when I could come onsite. A week later, I was called onsite.

I was asked to give a technical presentation in front of a group of people. And then there were 7 consecutive rounds of hardcore technical interviews.

This company is following Tesla’s footsteps. Most of the interviewers were hired from Tesla and Apple.
