Had a phone screen with the recruiter and hiring manager, followed by a coding interview. Then had five onsite interviews.

I felt the interview process is broken, with most of the focus on math rather than on job-specific skills.

The interviewers lacked integrity by asking for an in-person interview and then joining through a Zoom call. Why schedule an in-person interview when the team can't make it?

The compensation package was below average. Overall, I spent 10+ hours on the interview and had to decline the offer.

The only positive thing was that the recruiter was super nice and responsive to any questions.
