Lengthy interview process without transparency. After the on-site, they scheduled another culture fit interview in a week. After another week, they scheduled a talk with the VP of Software. Then, after 2 weeks, they scheduled another talk with the Director of Engineering because he was on vacation when I was interviewing. They did not mention any of this before my on-site interview.

Finally, they made an offer. Then, I told them honestly that this offer is not competitive considering my experience and I showed them my competing offer. Then the most exciting part came. The recruiter called and told me that they rescinded their offer without giving any reason. It is the weirdest interview experience ever in my job hunting experience.
