Cons: Have to wait long for cashing in RSUs. Bonus only for two years, no separate bonus.

Pros: Mostly, the work-life balance is good in India.
Pay is good, not the best though.
Yearly refresher stocks.
Cons: - You might be expected to attend team meetings at 10 or even 11 PM to collaborate with members in other timezones.
- It's rare, but you might not get refreshers and hike based on performance.
- Expectations from developers have been increasing a lot lately due to organizational changes.
- Cannot switch teams internally.

Pros: Depends on teams. My team was good, but other teams have horror stories.
Cons: Stressful work environment, no job security. People are laid off without reasons, even senior management level people. No bonus for Diwali or New Year. Lots of talk about family, this or that, but I got laid off in a very rude manner.
