The interview process consisted of 3 rounds, all focused on techno HR. The first two rounds were conducted by Indian managers, and the third round was by a manager from on-site. The overall process was good, but there was no clarity after the interview. Instead of an offer letter, I was asked to perform a BCG assessment, providing my current manager's and colleague's names for verification. Salary was not discussed but was promised at high expectations. Overall, the HR experience was bad.
