Process
I had two rounds of interviews, and they went well. The questions were challenging, but nothing I hadn't worked on, so I didn't have any issues.
After the second round, I received an email stating my application was selected for the next steps.
However, after a few days with no update, I decided to follow up. I was then told they had proceeded with other candidates who were more suited. No further explanation was given.
It was, to say the least, a bit head-scratching and confusing.
