Pros: - Rapid growth of the Company and individuals.
- No micromanagement.
- Leadership's views flow through the entire organization, hence everybody works with passion.
- Compensation is good with additional perks.
- Leadership focuses on individuals, and managers are dedicated to an individual's growth.
- Creativity is appreciated.
Cons: Work can be very challenging and difficult to manage at times, which is common for any company that's growing rapidly. It's good for you if you enjoy challenges.

Pros: Good hiring process.
Very friendly environment.
During this pandemic, onboarding was virtual, but it was so smooth and easygoing, and the team was so cooperative that it never felt like things were working virtually.
Cons: No cons as of now. Everything is very smooth.
