After finishing the OA online, I was booked for a phone interview with four rounds, each lasting 45 minutes. The first lead software engineer asked about a project listed on my resume and inquired about details that interested him. Then, there were several simple algorithm problems.

Poor Management, Sacrificed Quality

Pros: Not really much to say, other than the market opportunity if things are fixed at mid-level management.
Cons: Some mid- and low-level managers/directors do not know the technology they sell; some should be fired.
Quality is sacrificed for quantity by mid-level managers who want a quick reward. Accountability at the manager and director level seems poor or driven by friendship ties.
Diversity of teams is poor, and when it exists, it soon vanishes due to hiring practices.
