The interview process began with a first phone screen from the recruiter, followed by a second phone screen from the engineers. Both initial phone screens went well.

Next, I was called for a first onsite panel interview, which also went well. Four days later, I was unexpectedly called for a second onsite panel interview with the VP, Directors, and hiring manager. This interview was not expected to be a technical one, but I was asked in-depth technical questions. I performed to some extent in this interview, but I was then asked to return for a third onsite interview after one month of preparation in areas such as TCP, SSH, and HTTP. I dedicated that month to preparation, despite being busy with my regular office work.

Finally, I attended the third onsite interview. However, not all interviewers were present. I performed well in this interview, and this was verbally confirmed by the interviewers.

After waiting for a week, I received a call from the recruiter stating that they intended to move forward with other candidates, citing a reason that they "can't go along with me kind of." This was a total waste of my time.

I believe they are discriminating against candidates based on age, nationality, and accent or region of origin. The hiring manager seemed to want to filter me out during the panel interview by posing difficult questions. They should not have asked me to come for a third interview; this indicates they played with me. I am going to file a lawsuit against them.
