Focus on the result and not activity: I believe all organizations will sooner or later need to understand the importance of this principle. Not only does this give you the liberty to think out of the box, but it also improves the productivity of the team.
Flexibility to work from home (and to update your role once you realize what you like best): This somewhat chimes in with the first point about reporting being result-based, but it's a game-changer for many people like me who'd rather avoid the transport time every day.
Ultra-sharp vision: A product without a practical use case isn't a useful product. I have learned a lot from the product management team here in this regard.
Open communication policy: Everyone is actively encouraged to reach out to any team for any queries, and it works really well with just a little bit of process.
Very accessible and innovative management: I have only seen successful adoption of strategic processes since I joined, and I have always been able to get a prompt response from management for my queries.
Passionately curious colleagues: Last but not least, never have I had the opportunity to work with teams that are so invariably eager to learn all the time. I believe this is what makes our teams so cohesive.
Being a healthy critic, I was able to spot some issues, but those disappeared after I reported them to my managers over all these years.
Keep encouraging open communication. All the best!
The process began with a simple half-hour coding challenge regarding Dijkstra's algorithm. Upon passing the challenge, I was contacted by a recruiter for a short phone call. We discussed my availability for the internship duration and I answered som
They asked DSA Medium Level Questions, tbh. They also covered Operating Systems, for example, round robin scheduling. After that, they focused on Computer Networks, talking about IPv4 Headers and Collision Avoidance. Overall, the interview was good.
The interview process consisted of three rounds and focused solely on UI. I was contacted by the hiring manager for an initial round of discussion. My phone screen was scheduled a week later. I cleared the phone screen and had the onsite interview
