I have worked at many of the top security companies, giants in the industry, over my career, and I would like to think that I have seen it all. Zscaler is truly leading them all, and not just in technology, but in culture, education, and teamwork.
Culture is everything. Without it, you are left with an aimless, vapid community of people, not sure what they stand for. I know; I have worked in those environments. Zscaler pushes company culture every day, and I am sure you are asking yourself, what does that mean?
Zscaler pushes to deliver the best education and training to forge the best staff of engineers and support on the planet. The initiatives seem overwhelming at times, but the goal is so worth the effort. I have worked in environments where knowledge is not shared, making customer and team success non-existent. Zscaler creates an environment conducive to open collaborations. No level of support or staff are off-limits, and all work to communicate, educate, and build team and customer success.
Management, this is the topic most have the worst things to say about. I have been in the industry enough to have my fair share of words on the topic. But for once, I am happy with my manager and management. I could go on about how amazing it is to work for a great manager, and it is. I am so very appreciative to have the manager I do. I could go on and on, but I will leave it with that note.
So much information to learn, but tons of support to learn it.
Stay support-oriented. Understand your engineers and support staff and the job they perform. Doing this creates success for your customers and your team.
The recruiting process began with an online assessment, followed by a recruiter call. Next, there was a video interview, which is where I was ultimately rejected. The recruiting process was quite fast, and the recruiter was friendly and responsive.
The process was good, but I was rejected after the second interview without any clarity, even though the interview went well. The first interview focused on basic coding. The second interview involved another coding question.
It involved OS, OOPs, CN, and 1 DP question. There were basic OS questions, some deep networking questions, and OOPs questions. The interviewer was helpful. The interview began with OS, then CN, then OOPs, and finally, one coding question. Focus on
