- Good revenue growth and the product is in demand.
- Tech stack aged-out, but good to get hands on.
- Guards of the old stack only care for themselves.
- Not much is left for someone looking for a long-term career.
- Engineer processes are mostly designed to block the growth of others by the old guards.
Better to avoid or plan to stay for a short term (< 2 years).
