Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - India
March 21, 2023
Negative ExperienceNo Offer
Process
The interview process was prolonged, taking a month and five interviews, only for them to cancel the offer at the last moment without the decency of providing any reason.
I had a poor experience overall.
I would not recommend.

Good, but depends on what someone is looking for
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
June 25, 2021
Pros: 1. Good revenue growth and the product is in demand.
2. Tech stack aged-out, but good to get hands on.
Cons: 1. Guards of the old stack only care for themselves.
2. Not much is left for someone looking for a long-term career.
3. Engineer processes are mostly designed to block the growth of others by the old guards.
Better to avoid or plan to stay for a short term (< 2 years).

Great place to work
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
Ramat Gan, Israel
April 16, 2023
Pros: Today, work-life balance is great. It didn't use to be, and I'm glad it got better. Very smart and motivated people. A fast-paced environment.
Cons: There used to be a very bad work-life balance, but an effort was made to change that, and it did change for the better. Sometimes it can feel like there's a hidden competition between some of your colleagues.
