Nothing. Just nothing. One more time: NOTHING.
I don't know where I should start.
They don't give one proper training on the product and expect you to deliver Google search engine code. Seniors keep product knowledge to themselves. I don't know why. I wonder if this is a product company or a service company where you guys are trying to save your position. Highly disappointed.
At last, you start banging your head on the table and regret why you joined this waste company.
Nothing. Just sit in the US and make no contact with the India team. Good for nothing.
The interview had 3 rounds: 2 technical and 1 HR. The technical interviews were highly focused on networking. Having some working knowledge of Python, especially testing frameworks like pytest (most of my questions were around it), would be helpful.
HR kept rescheduling the interview for two weeks. The interviewer, a Director of Engineering, was very professional and patiently answered my questions. Unfortunately, I was rejected before the technical round.
An online assessment is followed by a technical round and a behavioral round. The online assessment was pretty good, not too easy or hard. The technical round was pretty difficult. There were also questions regarding React JS.
