1. No work-life balance. Too much politics. Toxic work culture. Not at all recommended for females, especially in India.

2. Lack in HR policy and culture.

3. The increment/bonus policy is not mentioned anywhere, and they keep changing it internally. The yearly cycle also keeps changing without any mail or intimation.

4. Focus on politics more than work.

Most managers are in the USA and difficult to communicate with. A good team needs a people manager as well, who should know company policies globally to help employees understand company policies and culture. Managers and higher-level managers should discuss early/half-yearly roadmaps and strategy with the team.
