Great learning experience as a developer.
Good work-life balance.
The interviewer was incredibly rude and lazy. They did not want to hear what I had to say and kept interrupting me. The interviewer seemed disinterested in the whole process, as if they already had someone in mind but still had to interview me.
The initial coding round consisted of a Java track and/or a C track. Candidates who performed well in C were preferred for a networking engineer role, while those who performed well in Java were preferred for another role.
The company has a 3-round recruitment process. Round 1 is basic aptitude, networking, and coding questions. Round 2 is a technical interview with questions based on networking and your college project. Round 3 is an HR interview.
