Pros

Not really much to say, other than the market opportunity if things are fixed at mid-level management.

Cons

Some mid- and low-level managers/directors do not know the technology they sell; some should be fired.

Quality is sacrificed for quantity by mid-level managers who want a quick reward. Accountability at the manager and director level seems poor or driven by friendship ties.

Diversity of teams is poor, and when it exists, it soon vanishes due to hiring practices.

Advice to Management

CEO: Clean house, hire people who know the technology and can build things for the long run, not for a quick show and tell, and sacrifice the long-term future.
