Good work, but work-life balance is lost
You constantly work on agile releases and ever-evolving technologies and products.
- Salary compensation could be better when compared with peer companies.
- Due to hectic agile bi-weekly changes, work-life balance takes a big hit.
Please work on load balancing the work among employees and make sure a balance is struck between agile high-rise growth and work conditions. The salary compensation stack is a bit old now and needs to be at par with the industry when we call ourselves the market leader.
