Good compensation and medical insurance. Hikes are good.

1. Job Security. Layoffs are now every month. Here and there, we hear that X people have been fired. Performance is not the only criterion; upper management is not having clarity. If a ZINC is opened in your name, even if you have not caused that issue, you are done, finished, pack your bags.

2. Extreme Work Pressure. Always need to over-perform, and still, your job security is not guaranteed. Extreme tight deadlines and unrealistic sprint pressures.

3. Micromanagement is at its peak. Well, this also depends on who your manager is.

4. Professionalism is going down. Managers don't listen to your problems; they become the problem.

I don't think they want to listen.
